Great stay for our group. We appreciated all of the space and the convenient location. Lots of amenities which made for easy cooking and comfortable sleeping (incl fans in the bedrooms). We were disappointed the hot tub was not working but there are shared hot tubs in the development. Highly recommend the recently renovated hot springs in town!

The property is nice and spacious. Everything worked fine, except A/C. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We had a leaky bathroom and it was fixed the next day, so maintenance was great. Love the location and area!

We absolutely loved our stay at this townhome! The kitchen was very well equipped, enough of everything to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for ten! There were plenty comfortable beds and bathrooms. The hot tub was the highlight! Skiing was within walking distance with optional shuttle and the ambiance of the neighborhood was charming! We will definitely be renting here again! Note for Retreatia: One dish towel is not nearly enough for kitchen clean up after a large group eats. Also, a dishrag is a must, not just a small sponge. We ended up purchasing both in town.

Former reviews are correct. The property could use some serious renovations. Wallpaper is peeling, carpets are stained. Some cabinet doors are falling apart. Kitchen needs a new refrigerator. The thermostat was quite tricky to maneuver. While repairs would be great, none would prevent me from renting here again. However, other issues would. Read below. PROS: The best thing about the property is its location. Only a short walk to ski lifts. That was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The basement space was nice for the younger adults to hang out. And the kitchen was well equipped. CONS: Upon entering the property, we noticed the cleaning crew left cleaning items laying around and we found a full load of dirty towels and sheets on basement floor. It was as if they hadn't finished prepping the space for our arrival. We had a leak in kitchen sink one afternoon, making it impossible for us to use it. We called maintenance and reported it but no one came to fix it. We waited all afternoon with no response or call, so we finally had to do it ourselves. Luckily someone in our party was able to repair it and we could use the sink once again. It's a little much to expect guests to make repairs though. One afternoon a maintenance person entered the property using the garage code without any warning that he would be coming by. I was surprised to suddenly find a strange man in the hall. I would expect a heads-up or at least a knock at the front door before a stranger barges in. Owners keep a small refrigerator in basement full of beer with a note stating guests are not to touch. We had several minors in our group and I didn't appreciate having to keep track of the beer or safeguard it for the owners. For the prices we're being charged, I'd expect full use of the property. Owners can either buy beer upon arrival or lock it up so guests don't have to be concerned with it. Overall, I would give the property a 3.5 rating.
