This is an end-unit townhome so you get extra light and windows. The home is just over 2500 square feet and boasts a private garage and deck overlooking the creek. The main level is an open concept layout with gourmet kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and dining area with room for everyone.
On the main level you will find a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with sleeper sofa and Large Smart TV. On the upper level you will find the main bedroom with King bed and large ensuite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, jetted tub and large vanity. On the lower level you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, laundry room and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed and two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.
Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet townhome community located along Burgess Creek near the base of the Ski Area. The community boasts an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. During the ski season, there is an on-call shuttle that picks up at the townhome and whisks you away to the ski area, downtown, grocery store or wherever you'd like to go. During the summer, enjoy the convenient location along the walking/biking path that leads up to the base of the ski area and around the mountain community.
