Welcome to the Alpine Vista Chalet, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome located in a quiet neighborhood about a 1/2 mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort.

Bedroom 1: Upper Level: King Bed and Sleeper Sofa
Bedroom 2: Main Level: King Bed
Bedroom 3: Entry Level: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Entry Level: Twin over Full Bunk Bed
The home boasts vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light streaming in the oversized windows. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and the living room is a cozy spot to hang out after a day of adventuring in the mountains. The home has free WiFi, a private garage and a deck with peek-a-boo views of the ski area.
The entry level has two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. One room has a Queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a stackable washer/dryer on this level as well. Moving up to the main level, there is a bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub. On the top floor you will find a giant bedroom suite complete with King bed, sleeper sofa and desk. The attached bathroom features double sinks and another oversized walk-in shower.
The community has a common area hot tub for your use, you can see it from the deck of this home. There is space to park 2 cars outside the garage in the driveway space, please note, the interior of the garage does not have room to park a vehicle, as a portion of it is dedicated ski storage/mud room. The free Steamboat City Bus picks up at the end of the road which is about a 250 foot walk. The bus runs about every 20 mins to get you to the ski area or transfer to go downtown. In the summer, you will find yourself a short walk from many neighborhood walking and biking paths that connect to other trails including the Yampa Core Trail which runs along the Yampa River all the way through downtown Steamboat. Or walk the sidewalk to the base of the ski area (1/2 mile).

Check in was smooth! Appreciated the pots/pans and tableware! Refrigerator was big, we notified Grand Adventure about a cover that was not functional inside of refrigerator and ice maker did not work.

This property was every comfortable for our group of 6 adult men. It was very clean. The location to the ski hill was very good. We enjoyed the hot tub and the access to a ski locker at the base area. It is a three level condo so renters must be aware of that.The only issue we had was that the heat was low and with radiant heating, it took 12 hours to have it at a comfortable level
