Located near the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, this spacious retreat features central air conditioning, an oversized private deck, two living areas, and a heated two car garage.

The main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The modern kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, while the large deck is perfect for dining outside or relaxing among the trees. This level also features a Primary King Suite with a private bathroom and deck access, plus a second King bedroom and another full bathroom.

Downstairs, guests can spread out in a comfortable media room featuring a bar area with a beverage cooler. A dedicated workspace with a printer, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer complete the lower level. Sleeping accommodations include one Queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two Queen beds.

A nearby paved trail leads to Gondola Square, restaurants, shopping, and year round activities at the Steamboat Resort. Guests also enjoy access to two community hot tubs and complimentary winter shuttle service.
