Great place for two people. We loved the location, the place was clean and had so many things made available to us for beach days or pool. Well throughout and made great use of the space. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jack!

Clean room, reserved parking, and beautiful central location. Note there is limited cell service around the area so best to save check-in instructions before you arrive.

Love staying at the SandPiper. Great room with all that a person needs, clean, easy in and out. Great location for the north and east beaches and activities. Kauai is a place to be adventurous and active and these studio rooms are perfect for what is needed to start the day and ending the days. Host was great, affordable and good communication.

Jack had great communication and the location of the place was exactly what we wanted - central Princeville. There were a few annoying items, such as no soap/shampoo (we left ours for the next guest), a request to take out the trash every day but no extra trash bags in the place, the AC is a huge inside unit that is both loud and makes weird noises that wakes you up at night, the parking lot window is right outside the bedroom window with no blackout curtains, and the coffee maker didn’t work. Overall, it a was a good stay and the price was reasonable, but those various little / petty / annoying things are why I’m leaving an average review.
