This traditional Sicilian Villa surrounded by olive groves, palms trees is particular attractive for its well maintained garden, gorgeus connects to a splendid pool characterized by a stone wall that will make feel comfortable and relaxing. Beaches and lovely village of "Marinella di Selinunte" only 1Km.
Both exterior and interior of the house reflects the local building elements to be found in country retreats in this area of Sicily: exposed beams, terracotta flooring and local, stone-clad walls. Inside, a large central living-room with fireplace affords access to a small, tiled, built-in, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A staircase to one side leads up to the first floor with one bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms separated by a cosy mezzanine overlooking the central living space. Will make you feel part of a painting!
Annex is only a few steps away, contrasting splendidly with the modern, picture-windows framing the living/kitchen area. One double, one twin bedroom completes this fine living space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was an experience worth sharing!
The check-in process was seamless. The host provided clear instructions, and his meeting at the property made it super convenient. The property was immaculately clean, welcoming, and it exceeded expectations. The charming décor created a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with needed appliances to prepare meals. A standout feature was the private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, with poolside loungers and a shaded seating area for relaxation. The outdoor space, including the patio and garden, was beautifully landscaped, ideal for morning coffee and family meals. Thoughtful details like the welcome basket made me feel pampered.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was peaceful yet close to local attractions, shops, restaurants, and the water, all within a short walk or drive. The host was fantastic – responsive, friendly, and attentive. They were always available to answer any questions. I can't recommend this VRBO property highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, this property is ideal. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were a group of six, staying at this wonderful place for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his family. The property is secluded from everything and even more beautiful than in pictures. The house is tastefully renovated, fully equipped and the pool offered us a nice refreshing moments. Everything was smooth. The memories of Sicily and escpecially of this property will keep us warm for a long time. Thank you for hosting us.
