About this villa rental
The Villa consists of 2 apartments for rent, one for 8/9 people with sea view terrace, one for 4 people with a sea view balcony and one on the ground floor inhabited by the owner, all completely independent, and has a swimming pool, garden, playground;
barbecue area, parking, private outdoor spaces and municipalities.

"Case Selinuntine "arise in Selinunte, an area of historical and landscape interest, where there is the largest archaeological park in Europe.
The structure is about 300 meters from the wonderful beach of fine sand within the natural reserve of the Belice river mouth, about 900 meters from the free sandy beach under the Archaeological Park, 600 meters from the small marina, 700 meters from the park archaeological, 500 Mt from restaurants, night clubs, ice cream parlors, supermarket, pharmacy. Easily accessible from the airports of Trapani and Palermo.
Our structure, newly built, is located in an area surrounded by greenery where you can spend a relaxing holiday the beautiful swimming pool and our garden with veranda are the backdrop .
NOTE:
birthdays and holidays are to be agreed with the owner in advance.
Electricity consumption, only for the apartments, is calculated at € 0.50 kw.-

Very friendly landlords. Clean and good space in well-equipped appartments. Clean pool, nice outside veranda. Silent neighbourhood.10 minutes walk to nice beach (Watch out for ”la tracina ” !). 10 minutes walk to Merchanti, fishmarket, bakery, restaurants.

Il sig. Mariano e’ molto gentile e disponibile, come la sua famiglia; la casa e’ vicino alla spiaggia, che si raggiunge a piedi. La piscina e’ grande e comoda sopratutto nelle giornate più calde.
E’ stata una bella scoperta, il parco archeologico di Selinunte e’ da vedere, come meritano una visita Marsala, Sciacca, Erice, Trapani, Favigliana:...

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ist uns auch entgegengekommen betreffend einer Änderung in der Reservation aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie. Die Anlage ist sehr gut unterhalten und sauber, die drei Ferienwohnungen eignen sich gut für Ferien in einer grösseren Gruppe oder mit zwei, drei Familien zusammen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gut unterhalten, ein kleiner Spielplatz daneben ist für kleinere Kinder ein Highlight, die Bäume spenden hier Schatten und bringen Abkühlung. Es hat auch eine Aussenküche, wo alle Gäste der drei Ferienwohnungen problemlos zusammen kochen und essen können, auch mit Grill ausgestattet. Marinella di Selinunte ist ein kleiner sympathischer Ort, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sauber und sehr gross mit viel freiem Strand, es hat aber auch Anschluss an zwei Strandbetreiber mit Bar/Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vi var 15 personer som bodde här. Underbar familj som äger boendet. Väldigt gästvänliga. Rena och fina lägenheter. Pool och solstolar att tillgå. Liten supermarket i närheten som har det mesta. Nära till stranden. Kan varmt rekommenderas!
