About this villa rental
It is a historic villa of prestige Sanvitese, well finished and tastefully furnished, with infinity pool floor, surrounded by beautiful green plants, at the back of the house. The property is on 2 000 square meters, and the interior of the villa is spacious 230 square meters with 60 square meters of covered porch. Composed of 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with digital decoder and its own bathroom. The sixth bathroom is instead accessible from the living room from which in turn you have direct access to the back porch, covered, adjacent to the pool. The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat screen TV and digital decoder, table and chairs. The showers of some bathrooms with glass walls (but with the utmost privacy) are particular, with a view on a small flowerbed reserved for the room, isolated from the rest of the garden. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including a hairdryer. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people distributed among the 5 rooms, belonging to a single family unit and not. Therefore it is ideal for groups of families traveling together, but each with its own privacy and independence. The kitchen, the living room - dining area and the living room - entrance are the common areas available to guests, as well as of course the extended garden that serves as a side dish to the villa. The porch on the front, which leads to a staircase tiled with traditional majolica San Vito, is equipped with outdoor furniture as well as rattan table and chairs ideal for lunches, breakfasts, dinners and drinks outside, even out of the sun. In addition to all the comforts already indicated, for guests will be available n. 4 parking spaces, inside the property, wifi internet with no connection limits, washing machine, dishwasher but above all n. 2 car passes that give the right to park cars in the town center, a few steps from the beach. We rented the house for 8 people for 10 days. The garden with beautiful pine trees and the pool area is very nice. The house is spacious with big rooms, attached bathrooms and nice decoration. Every time we needed to fix a little problem, the host reacted very quickly and accurately. Unfortunately the front-house is next to a busy and noisy road but the traffic stops at night. The back of the house on the pool side is quite and agreeable and we enjoyed relaxed afternoons and dinners.It’s centrally located, a bit out of town, but not far from the beach and sunset spots.The kitchen is very small for a large group. Rubbish bins in the kitchen and bathrooms would have been appreciated as well as some left over salt, pepper, oil, etc.The rental price is on the upper end of comparable houses and we felt that some extra attention to house equipment could have been offered..

Villa Sole is a great place for a family to stay while having a beach vacation in San Vito lo Capo. It was lage enough for 5 couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom. However, I would not recommend it for families with kids under 6. The pool is too easily accessible. Also, the kitchen was completely empty. Not even salt to use for meal prep. We had to buy every spice we needed for the week. There are no pool towels provided either. Also very few other supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. Luckily, there is a market nearby. Once we stocked up, we enjoyed our stay.

Great holiday, lovely pool (about 4ft deep). Efficient kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Town and beach a short drive away. Conad supermarket very handy. Recommend Alfredo's restaurant in walking distance. Several evening spent around the table outside eating and drinking. BBQ was useful. Not much inside lounge space if it's wet and cold, but it wasn't for us :-)

We were three families of 15 persons (10 adults, 5 children) staying in the villa for ten days in July 2024. There were enough space and bedrooms for everyone, and we appreciated that every room had their own ensuite bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom close to the pool. The outside patio is lovely and the pool area is fantastic with sunchairs both in sun and shade and an outside shower. The garden is beautiful with trees and bushes. The landlord Benedetto was very service minded, available and acted quickly when we needed help with something in the house (water, pool). The house is on the road, one minute (by car) from a well-stocked supermarket and a few minutes drive from San Vito Lo Capo. In the surroundings there are beautiful beaches and rock pools only a few minutes drive away. The house had many amenities such as washing machine, TV in the rooms and WIFI. The house is maybe a little more worn than shown in the pictures but suited us very well, although the kitchen is not too big. We ate both out at restaurants and prepared our own meals in the house. There is a barbecue area in the garden. We had a wonderful time and can really recommend the villa!
