About this villa rental
In the heart of Calvi, 150 meters from a small beach, our 150 m² house comfortably accommodates 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and its 60 m² garden / terrace.
It is very bright, open on 3 facades and air conditioned.
Its location in a quiet street allows you to do everything on foot.
The harbor, restaurants and shops are 200 m away.
A small beach 150 m away and small coves within 10 minutes on foot.
On the large beach of Calvi at 800 m. you can practice any nautical activity: sailboat rental, jet ski, windsurfing.
The kitchen is large and well equipped: washing machine / dishes, 5-burner stove like piano, very large oven, Nespresso and electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, auto cooker, mixer.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single 90 cm beds,
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
On request: cot, stroller, high chair.
2 independent toilets.

AVAILABLE BABY / CHILD EQUIPMENT: 2 baby beds, 3 extra mattresses for children up to 3 years old, a stroller, 2 high chairs, a small table and 2 small chairs.
In the shaded garden you can have lunch in the shade of the mulberry tree (tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue).
Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival.
We do not accept animals.
At your departure we take care of the cleaning.

The house is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is quoted but still in the middle of the town. The only thing we would change if we could is to remove the big tree in the yard. It makes the yard dark and full of leaves. A parasol or similar would be better. We will gladly come back or recommend the house.

I thoroughly recommend this lovely house. It is spacious, light and thoughtfully decorated throughout. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided, plus a few welcome extras such as beach towels and a chest full of beach toys! The property was actually much bigger than I had expected. The open plan living / dining area has plenty of room to spread out and the number of bedrooms (two with double beds, two with two singles each) and bathrooms (two ensuite and two seperate bathrooms) mean it would be ideal for extended families or two families holidaying together.
It is situated on a quiet street, but still only a few minutes walk from all that Calvi has to offer. The on road parking was not a problem and we found a space directly outside the gate every day. The garden is a joy - plenty of seating, lovely plants and very private, a real oasis!
I can't rate this property highly enough - a lovely house in a lovely location.

We stayed here for two weeks during the GC32 Racing competition. It was the perfect location for us as we had the marina in walking distance. We had a minor problem with the plumbing however this was fixed as soon as possible. Gisele provided and extra clean to make up for this inconvenience. Coco the house keeper lives up the street which makes this handy.
It is a great house for families or if you are sharing with others. There is a double bed downstairs, ( with its own shower) one double bed upstairs ( with its own shower) and two further bedrooms upstairs with two singles in each bedroom. We had a 10 month old baby with us and the house was safe for her.
There are plenty of beach toys for the kids.
The only thing I was not happy with was the towels. They do need updating.
We will definitely rent this property again.
