The apartment itself was OK, it was clean and had heating. Easy to access on the ground floor with a nice terrace.
The owner never replied to my message and we didn’t get any directions for checking in. I called the owner once we got to there (found the exact location on Google Maps) and they said a caretaker would come meet us. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful but there seemed to be a major miscommunication between them and the owner, as we were initially taken to the wrong apartment which would’ve been much more expensive than the one we had booked. We had to wait for the caretaker to get in touch with the owner to figure out where we’d be staying and how much it would cost. When we finally got to there apartment I had booked I was told I’d get a payment link by e-mail, but never got one. In the morning the caretaker asked us to pay in cash. The whole check-in and payment process was a big mess.
