Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 500 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with sofas and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A lounge with a double sofa bed, TV and decorative fireplace
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) with an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- Two separate toilets

For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from late April to late October (opening dates are subject to change). It is secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence with a lockable gate.
- A terrace of approximately 8m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

During your stay in Lumio, you’ll have the chance to make the most of the town’s sunshine by heading to its various beaches to enjoy some peace and quiet or try your hand at the many water sports on offer: stand-up paddleboarding, jet-skiing, boat trips…
If you’re keen to explore, head out into the surrounding area to discover its wonders; the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting for you!
For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 tours and hiking are sure to appeal.
