Les photos contractuelles correspondent bien à la réalité.L’accueil de Sonia.la grande terrasse.La proximité de la plage ,des paillotes et des commerces .
Une des douches étant inutilisable (fuite ) la propriétaire a été très compréhensive du désagrément et a eu un geste commercial fort apprécié
Certes la terrasse est grande et agréable mais il faut savoir que la route de la pinède mène à la plage, bruyante en permanence ainsi qu’à 100 m un rond point très fréquenté sur la route menant au centre de Calvi. La pinède c’est un parking payant. Le ménage laissait à désirer ( tracé de moisi dans le congélateur

Very nice and brand new apartment with huge terrace overlooking trees and everything we needed incl. two bath rooms, dishwasher and washing machine. For us (a family) a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and a supermarket and bakery right next door (downside perhaps for others: city center/other shops further away). Gated compound, so no worries about the car. Responsive host. Overall really recommendable!
Quite close to main road, so some traffic noise on the terrace, but not bad and not audible inside, so didn't really bother us. Cleaning + bed linen/towels cost extra (the latter we knew, the first was a bit of a surprise).
