About this villa rental
Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. **5 Night Minimum**
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.
Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

Everything about Palm Island resort is focused on having a relaxed and wonderful experience. It is our annual family gathering spot for our children and grandchildren. Everyone looks forward to this stay for months in advanced and we are not disappointed. This year was a little different following the hurricanes last year, as the pools were not in use while we were there. We actually looked into other options elsewhere. But in the end, there truly is nothing else like Palm Island, and we had a great stay despite the pool situation. This has become our annual summer tradition and we will continue to do so!A big thank you to Sara(h)(sorry not sure of your spelling) for walking us through the pool situation and being so accommodating. And of course to the staff and management of Palm Island for making it possible for the resort to be in operation after such devastating weather last year!

We have been vacationing here since 1987 and it never disappoints us. Love to be able to see the sunrise and sunset just steps away from our villa. Relaxing, wildlife (especially seeing turtle tracks,) beach, pool, tennis, boating, kayaks, biking.........something for everyone!

Our units furniture and setting were great but relatively small items made it less than great. We and our friends have been going to Palm Island Resort off and on for thirty years. We overlook erosion problems, red tide etc but this time was different. The day we were to arrive I called in advance to see if we needed to do anything and very uncharacteristically your receptionist was dry rude on the phone. Totally set me back but my wife and I agreed to overlook it. Upon arrival our unit was nice but the toilet in the main bath did not flush (I fixed it) none of the three TV’s work, the blender didn’t work, etc. All and all the management team did not do their jobs. We fixed the toilet, they replaced the blender but the TV’s would only work if we used our own Netflix account and we never got regular network news or sports. Less than expected based upon past experience and cost increases. We will have to reevaluated our future vacation plans.
