About this villa rental
Palm Island Resort, located on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, is the state’s only true-out island resort. There are no bridges or causeways to the island, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Cars are not allowed in the resort. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
We have 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills at each pool area. There are 11 hard tennis courts available for play at no charge. Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas. Our full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your visit where it’s Your Island, Your Time, and Your Memories.

I have been to Palm Island for vacation a few times. This visit was with family, and as usual, did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, except for the weather, but no problems making the best of it. There were a few concerns which I did bring to the office on check out. It was nothing that would keep me from going back. Good times enjoyed by all!! Would recommend Palm Island Resort all day long.

My family's stay was outstanding as always. The condo was truly beautiful. The view was amazing. The weather was beyond gorgeous. Even with the construction and hurricane repairs going on, we barely noticed it. Best week ever....but we say that every year!

Had another amazing time with good friends. The condo was recently renovated and beautiful. Pool was just the right temp. September is a great time to go to Palm Island although hurricane chances are increased. We were lucky this year!Service from the main office and housekeeping was amazing.Restaurant food and service could have been better but we enjoyed not having to go off island. We chose the sunset over food!

The villa was really great. The view was amazing, the proximity to the beach was perfect. My only complaint is that the beds in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom downstairs with the two twin beds were extremely uncomfortable. Woke up every morning feeling like I slept on a slab of concrete, that's how hard the beds were. Please consider using more comfortable matresses.
