About this house rental
Welcome to Paradise on Palm Island! Built in 2019, this 3 bedroom home is stunning. Located on a deep water canal with a private dock, this home has an open floor plan with high ceilings. The beautiful kitchen has a gas range, stainless appliances , walk in pantry and a quartz island!
The Master Bedroom ( King) is located on the main level with ensuite bath. Upstairs are 2 oversized guest rooms ( King and 2x Queen) and a den with patio facing the setting sun!
On the ground level is a large entertainment area AND a beautiful NEW heated inground pool!
Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals for your use during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55. The alternative is to purchase a book of 10 round trips for $400, or $40 per round trip. For more information on the ferry, google Palm Island Transit. PLEASE RESPECT THAT THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED There IS a charge to heat the pool due to island cost/Pool Heat Fee is $100.00/week. Please let us know you'd like it heated when you book!

The house was perfect! Just the right space in just the right places and beautifully decorated. A high end kitchen with a large island opened out to a dining area and large living area. The bedrooms met our family's needs perfectly and the breezy area under the house was always cool and just a few steps to a great pool, and dock. The property manager came to our rescue in minutes to fix the kitchen faucet. No worries there. This island really is a dream with a beautiful beach almost to ourselves just 2 minutes away by golf cart. And 3 minutes away is the ice cream shop. For our family it is the best of Florida!
