Key West style modern 4BR/2B home directly across the street from the beach!. Coastal living at its finest, this 4 bedroom home has two large living areas and 2 bathrooms, including a recently remodeled master en-suite. The house boasts 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, floor to ceiling built in bookcases, 4 sets of French doors leading to a wrap-around deck and a spacious open concept kitchen/dining area (with brand new refrigerator and range). It has a large finished ground floor deck under high posts, with outside shower Amenities include swimming pool, tennis and dockage. Sleeps eight comfortably.
Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals for your use during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55. The alternative is to purchase a book of 10 round trips for $400, or $40 per round trip. For more information on the ferry, google Palm Island Transit. PLEASE RESPECT THAT THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED

C to Sea was such a comfortable house! Kitchen is well stocked. The living room shelves are loaded with books, movies and games to enjoy during the rainy afternoons. The dock behind the house was so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Don Pedro island!

Excellent rental. Joe and Heather were great to work with. The island is amazing. If you are looking for rest, relaxation, and that island feel....it is the place to be. House was great, the layout was perfect for our 2 families and the house was well stocked

This home is awesome- perfect layout, beautiful remodel and an awesome location. The beach and the surprisingly nice pool are both about a minute walk away and the two tennis courts are also close nearby. The dock behind the house is perfect for fishing and the water is full of fish. The ferry situation was surprisingly easy and kept the island feeling quaint and very safe.
