The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most desired properties in Panama City Beach. This luxury, high-end condo complex features the largest private beach in the area and an extensive array of unsurpassed amenities. Its location balances an ideal mix of being off the beaten tourist path but yet situated so that you can easily access all the local attractions. It prides itself in being flanked by the gorgeous Gulf and sugar white beaches on one side and a breathtaking 18 hole Golf Course on the other side.
Our luxurious condo is ideally located on the 4th floor! It's been elegantly decorated with a fun beach theme throughout and furnished with everything you would need if you were at home. Tile flooring throughout makes beach life and clean up a breeze. There is a separate laundry room and a dinning room area which seats 8.
Relax and enjoy the beach views from our family room (sunsets are gorgeous and from the 4th floor you can really hear the waves.) The family room sofa turns into a queen size sleeper. Some other amenities include a new Flat Screen smart TV, free private Wi-Fi, DVD player and more.
With a full view of the Gulf the master bedroom is to die for and has private access to the balcony. Full king size bed, ceiling fan, a new HD flat screen smart TV, a private bathroom outfitted with a jetted garden tub, separate shower, a beautiful marble vanity with double sinks, a laundry basket and 2 closets. Sleep in heaven with our Gel Memory Foam Mattress, you will never want to leave.
The second bed room is beautifully appointed with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, large smart HD flat screen TV and direct access to the second bathroom. Guest will enjoy the memory foam mattress and lively decor!
The bunk room is perfect for the little ones. has 2 twin sized beds and a full chest of draws.
Prepare meals in our fully equipped spacious kitchen. Including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster and coffee maker. It truly is a home away from home.
Access the large balcony with comfortable seating from both the family room and the master bedroom and enjoying your morning coffee and your evening drinks while taking in the spectacular view of the emerald green Gulf.

We always stay at the Boardwalk when we come to PC Beach. Love this place. Love the layout of this condo. Highly recommend it. However bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. There was 3 or 4 beach chairs but they were rusted and very cheap chairs. The umbrella was rusted and broke. You never know if the guy will be renting chairs on the beach this time of year. He was there one day and not the next. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed this condo. Will definitely be back!!

The walk to the beach was short. The pool temp was perfect. Parking was a breeze compared to other condos we’ve stayed at. The condo had most of the things we needed. The food and drink at the bar was delicious but pricey. The “pool security” could be harsh about certain rules at times but it depended on who was working. Elevators were fast. I wish the cleaning company that was used could have cleaned a little better before we got there. There was a lot of dust. Overall it was pretty nice
