The Resort:
Completed in June 2005, Boardwalk Beach Resort has earned a reputation as one of the premier destinations in Panama City Beach. From the moment you step into the spectacular lobby, you’ll know you’re in the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Located on the west end of Thomas Drive, the resort is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Signal Hill Golf Course, offering convenient access to all the area has to offer.
Resort amenities include a 2,500 sq ft zero-entry pool, two hot tubs, a children’s pool with interactive water sprays and fountains, an indoor activity center, and a daily Tiki Bar serving drinks and light meals. Enjoy live music Thursday through Sunday during peak season.
The Condo:
Step inside our sophisticated yet comfortable end-unit condo, featuring nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, ceramic tile floors, and upgraded furnishings throughout. Start your day with a walk along the beach, grab a coffee poolside at the Tiki Bar, or pick up your morning paper and bagel at the nearby Corner Market.
The oversized 3rd-floor balcony is perfect for soaking in the Gulf views. Relax on six swivel rocker chairs, enjoy dining at the table with friends or family, or lounge in two sling chaises.
Living & Dining:
The main living area features a queen sofa sleeper and twin loveseat sleeper, a large dining table for six, and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. Smart TV, WOW cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi (even accessible from the beach!) make staying connected a breeze.
Kitchen:
Cook like a pro in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and every tool you could need, including a Crockpot, blender, griddles, electric mixer, toaster, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee maker, plus plenty of barware and serving dishes for entertaining.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King-sized four-poster bed from the National Geographic West Indies Collection by Lane, armoire with smart TV/DVD, and sliding doors to the balcony with teak rocking chairs. Master bath features double marble vanity sinks, walk-in closet, custom tiled shower, jetted tub, and Gulf-view window shelf.
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized beadboard pine bed with oversized nightstands and armoire with TV/DVD.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-double bunk bed, wall-mounted smart TV, and drawers for storage.
Lockout Studio Suite: King bed, queen sofa bed, private balcony with swivel chairs and table, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster, smart TV/DVD, double vanity, garden tub, and separate tiled shower.
Extras:
Fully stocked cabinets with large skillets, saucepans, and electric griddles
Family-friendly dinnerware, glassware, and mugs

The Boardwalk Condo Association requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for guests 6 years and older and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.
Damages may result in charges up to $400 through VRBO, with notification provided.

The condo was exactly as pictured! Tim was great to deal with, he even sent us a text telling us we could get in our condo before check in time! Stay here, you won't be disappointed!!!

Condo was perfect. 3rd floor, not much of a wait for elevators and all were working. Water was beautiful, Definitely God’s handiwork. Clearing the pool of kids age 5yrs and below every hour is a little crazy, if they think they need too, they should clear the whole pool….(didn’t understand that rule). Kiddie area was really nice. Pool was nice also, loved the zero entry. Always had a chair or lounger to sit on. We will return! The owner is extremely helpful and responded to any question I had. Price of the condo (under 5000 was great, all the fees increased the total to 6500 plus, fees are high. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. Would highly recommend!!! til next time!

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and a low floor at a corner of the building.
The style of the condo was not "beachy" decor as some of the ones in the past but the furniture was ok. Lots of furniture in the living room area so they can have more guests I guess but that made it crowded. The bedrooms were nice but few pillows and the ones in the closet were in pretty bad shape. We had towels, etc. but a weird mix. Lots of some and few of others.
The trash shoot on the end of the floor where we were was closed off with caution tape our entire stay. Not convenient. I saw where another guest mentioned that in July.
The pools, both kiddie and the large one, both had issues. The kiddie pool was closed and taped off with caution tape most of time we were there. I think we could use it one or two days. We had 3 kids with us. The large pool also had a corner taped off for several days and the entrance to that corner for some reason but the pool was still usable. Not a great look sitting on the balcony seeing all the caution tape.
We enjoyed our stay but will not go back to this particular condo due to the owner. He was very nice and available until the end. Apparently the cleaners had an issue and we were blamed for something we did not do. Instead of asking us about it, he blamed us and even insinuated that it had to do with adults drinking alcohol.
