About this cottage rental

Brand new custom built 1 bedroom luxury cottage.
Queen size bed with luxurious bedding.
Full size kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully furnished, includes all linens, laundry detergent, soaps, etc.
Walking distance to everything Bemus Point has to offer, restaurants, music, theater, golf course across the street, entertainment, boating. 15 minutes to Chautauqua Institution, a world class summer experience.
Great for year round get away, fall festival, winter sports, 45 minutes to great skiing at Holiday Valley and 30 minutes to Peak and Peek . Breweries with fun music and events all summer long .
Located on the grounds of an exquisite historic private lakefront estate. Beautiful, quiet and tranquil. Organic grounds .

Needed a new place to stay in Bemus Point and found Rosebud Cottage. It is perfect! Close to both Bemus and the Institute. The host was very helpful with info on the cottage. Will keep this in mind next year

The Rosebud cottage looks brand new inside and out. It is exceptionally well kept, an ideal place for two to stay very comfortably. We enjoyed being right in Bemus Point, walking to get an ice cream and watching the sun set over the lake, great for running, bike riding along the lake road and convenient to get to Chatauqua Institution. Liz, the property owner was very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Location is ideal, cottage itself is spotless, Liz is a great host and provides the getaway you hope for on vacation. Highly recommend!!
