The perfect location for a long weekend in WNY. We drove up from SC and immediately felt at home in the well cared for suite. It had everything we needed including the fabulous porch and great parking. We were able to walk to restaurants and the small grocery store next door. The water filter on the sink was also a plus. The space was comfy and cozy for my spouse and me.

We had an amazing stay at Splash, the unit was fresh and very clean with updated fixtures which was a nice addition. The bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I’m planning to purchase the same mattress for my own home. The shower was nice and large with excellent water pressure. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the main intersection of Bemus Point; we made frequent use of that area playing various card games and enjoying morning coffee there during the stay. I have stayed a various rentals on Bemus Point and this is by far one of my favorites. In fact, our group is looking forward to staying there again next summer.

We had a wonderful stay and Susan and Shawn were great hosts. The units were practically brand new and spotless…there was a good distribution of space and every appliance and kitchen tool you might need. I had to make a last minute trip to Bemus Point to see family and this was the perfect location. It was just a few minutes walk to see my family, or get any amenity I needed. The suite was beautiful and really great space to relax. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The owners were easily accessible if I needed them and responded quickly to any questions I had. It has a balcony and a view of the lake from across the street. There is about 10 different places to eat and 6 bars all within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.
