Property located in center of Bemus Point, NY. It was exactly what I was looking for at Chautauqua Lake.

Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old building that have bigger rooms. Thanks to Ken again- ya’ll are top notch!
