Very well kept home and outdoor property. Everything that one could need was provided. Very much appreciated the fans, helped to circulate cool air from window air conditioners. It was very hot and humid during our stay, but we were quite cool and comfortable in the home.I could tell that this home is a very special place for the family who lived here. Another amazing siblings trip! The house has been painted inside and a beautiful new roof over the back patio. Very clean and the owners are great to work with. We have nothing negative to say about this home. We had a great time enjoying the yard. This house just feels like home. Until next year. We already can't wait. PS..you can walk every where. We enjoyed our stay despite there being a large hornets nest and ground hornets in both the front and back yards and were told several times that it would get taken care and it did not! A friend took care of it for us! We were trying to vacuum the carpet and the vacuum cleaner smelled like a wet dog and we had family coming to visit! The beds were comfortable and the neighbors very friendly and helpful! No bathroom upstairs was inconvenient especially with a 5 year old sleeping upstairs!

Seven days of pure enjoyment for my wife, myself and our favorite pet. Just the downstairs was more than sufficient. All the conveniences of home and a king size bed more comfortable than our own. Location was great. Able to move easily and swiftly in any direction to enjoy seeing relatives, old friends, parks and the fall leaves. Really nice friendly community with a next door neighbor who makes fantastic cookies. The Schwartz brothers (owners) are very friendly and always ready to provide for whatever are needs were. Looking forward to returning

Where do I start. We absolutely loved the house. Reminded of us of growing in PA. The house was spotless, very comfortable beds. Everything we needed they had. Great fire pit and side yard. The owners were very easy to deal with. We walked everywhere, great location. Really, I can't say enough about our stay. Already planning next year and spending more time there.!

We were excited to getaway to Bemus Point with our family of 4 (2 older teens) and our dog. When we got there Friday night the lock box had no key to the house. The phone number on the listing was incorrect so I sent an email. Luckily the next door neighbor was home and had a phone number for the other owner who lives in town. He was there in 20 minutes with the key. Unfortunately that was the only key we had to the house which was a little inconvenient. He also told that one of the dogs on the other side was aggressive and we should call him with any problems. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and cool. The entire house was very clean. The master bath and kitchen could use some updating but everything worked fine. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and shops within a close walk.

The checkin process was easy and the house was very clean. They had all necessary household supplies stocked. The town’s emergency siren goes off intermittently and surprised us at first but did not impact our stay. One of the owners stopped by periodically to enter the garage and use the mower. He was polite and helpful.

We totally enjoyed this clean, well stocked home a few blocks from the lake. Of course, perfect weather helped too! Kitchen very functional with all necessary pots,pans,utensils. Beds were perfect firmness for us. Living room furniture a bit dated. Chairs were comfy,but couch could use an upgrade. Easy walk to great coffee at Wired. Easy walk to good food at Ellicottville Brewery Co.(EBC). Also great sunset views. And enjoyed some yummy ice cream across the street from EBC. Our favorite was enjoying the covered porch in the morning with coffee and then evening with Happy Hour and/or dinner. Also a gas grill right off the porch. We had a super time. Good communication with owners too.
