4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom Beachfront Condo in Carlsbad! 2300 SQ FT Just a few steps out the front door until your feet hit the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Immediate access to two coastal walking/biking paths. 1/2 mile from central downtown Carlsbad, 300 meters to the nearest restaurant. Easily sleeps 2 families and kids. This is a Class A home, in top condition, with everything you need already in place.
Downtown Carlsbad is vibrant and full of fun shopping, craft food and breweries. Ice cream, sightseeing, speakeasy, its all a short walk from your vacation home.
Master Bedroom is on its own floor with sweeping unimpeded whitewater ocean views. Master terrace with ocean view front and center. Sleep Number king size bed, sitting room, walk in closet are all a part of the Master Suite; on its own floor. The second level has two lovely bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The southern second floor bedroom has three windows, two of which are ocean view. You can literally sit in bed and look at the water from this second bedroom. It is adorned with a Sterns and Foster king bed, dressing table as well as an ample closet. The northern second floor bedroom also has a high quality comfortable king bed, along with an ample closet and dresser. The 4th bedroom is the "kid pit". Twin bed over a double bed bunk plus sleeper day bed sofa. This bedroom has an attached full bath + HUGE closet for all your families suitcases.
The focus of the house is a lovely modern kitchen, dining room and living area. The living room and lower balcony are at street level. All 13 windows in this living space has a direct unobstructed view to the Pacific Ocean. This is a full kitchen, fully stocked with all the implements to cook a fabulous meal.
The upper rear deck of the property is 13' x 13' private deck with an ocean view. This quieter space; features a grill, an in-fared heater, as well as a dining table and chairs.
Two car attached private garage, additional guest parking on premise as well as street parking.

The main attraction of the area is of course the expansive sands and waves of the pacific ocean. Downtown Carlsbad is large enough to offer days of explorative culinary and retail therapy! Minuets from Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields and the Museum of Music. Easy day trips are Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, the Midway Museum, and Balboa Park with its many theaters, museums and exhibits. Disneyland and Knott's Berry farm are reasonable day trips as well. Only an hour away with good traffic.
