About this apartment rental

Our accommodation is located in Como-Tavernola, close to public transport, such as Navigation and Bus (200 mt.) Towards the city center, or in the direction of Cernobbio (2.0km.) And along the lake. Villa Erba at 1,100 Km and Villa d'Este at 1,900 Km. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: location. My accommodation is suitable for couples, loners and business travelers.
A simple two-room apartment; located on the mezzanine floor of a building of six apartments with entrance, hallway, living room, kitchen complete with all accessories, coffee machine, microwave, etc. Anteroom, Bathroom with Bath / Shower, Room with Double Bed, 2 Balconies. Reserved parking space near the apartment.

Lovely spot! Had everything one can need. Great location, shop across road, boat stop nearby and it's walkable distance to Como with lovely views. Very cosy home, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Would recommend and return.

We came for a wedding and struggled to find an affordable hotel nearby, so this place was ideal! Mauro was very communicative and helped us check in smoothly. The place itself has so much character, and they left us little snacks, coffee and even sparkling wine! Super kind and thoughtful. There was also an iron and ironing board so I could get ready for the wedding. And the location is very close to the ferry dock so you can hop on and be in Como within 15 minutes. And you get to enjoy the boat ride. Overall, 10/10 experience!!

We wanted to travel to Lake Como for a the wedding of a beloved friend, but the peak season hotel prices made the trip seem out of reach. This VRBO property ended up making it possible. It was a perfect alternative—better, in my opinion, than the hotels because of the spaciousness and access to a kitchen to make breakfast (there’s a great grocery store nearby). Mauro was excellent at communicating everything I needed to know. And the place was very clean and charming. If I could give six stars, I would.

well furnished and equipped one bedroom apartment in Como right next to a large supermercato, with good parking. Mauro is very responsive and helpful. Its a very convenient apartment ,but it does get warm in the nights - atleast the two summer nights we were there. An airconditioner is a suggestion- would be a real plus in the summer- its a great apartment and the location is wonderful. We had a lovely stay.

Mauro and Piero were great hosts! The directions for getting in were very easy, and the apartment is a nice size, with a lovely patio off the kitchen, great for drinking coffee and relaxing. I think the pictures don't quite capture it. The details like the drinks in the fridge, snacks, and bathrobes made this extra special, and friends who stayed in nearby short term rentals were jealous of our Nespresso machine. This is near a large grocery store so very convenient for any groceries, prepared foods, or coffee you want to pick up from cafe inside. I picked this location due to the proximity to the Sheraton and a wedding with several events anchored there. This was such a quick walk there to catch shuttles for the events. I took a bus to and from the train to get to the apartment, which was very convenient on the bookends of our trip. Within a half hour of checking in, we blew a fuse and felt embarrassed but Mauro and Piera were quick to reply and let us know how to reset and assured us we could contact them any time.

Mauro was a very gracious host, waiting until late when our trip was delayed. The apartment is not close to the center of Como, but one stop on the ferry away. (About a 5-10 minute drive). It is close to Villa Erbe and the Sheraton. Mauro has the apartment fully stocked, with goodies, juice, prosecco and all the soaps and shampoos you need.
