The apartment had nearly everything you could wish for, including private parking. Very close to a supermarket, which also had a very good café
The description "100 meters from the lake", while physically true, does give the impression that there is a nice walk or direct access to the water, maybe even for swimming. However, there is just a pavement next to the road, which isn't that nice to walk on. You need to take a half hour walk north to Cernibbio (or a cheap ferry ride that takes 8 minutes) in order to get a nice place to sit and view the lake

Appartamento pulitissimo, ampio, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire.
Il materasso matrimoniale per la mia schiena troppo duro. Però il proprietario si è reso disponibile a preparare il divano letto come alternativa.

Alojamiento muy cómodo y limpio, con plaza de parking, al lado del lago y de la estación del ferry de Tavernola. Se puede ir caminando a Como (40mins) o a Cernobbio (15mins). El propietario súper amable y servicial. Totalmente recomendable

W mieszkaniu było wszystko to czego potrzeba - czuliśmy się dosłownie jak w domu, niczego nie brakowało. Łatwe odebranie kluczy, dobre miejsce parkingowe pod domem, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Właściciel zostawił nam butelki wody, co po długiej podróży było bardzo miłe! Lokalizacja też nam bardzo odpowiadała - cicho, a jednocześnie w okolicy wszystko czego potrzeba (duży sklep, knajpki, kawiarnie). Z pewnością zatrzymalibyśmy się tu ponownie. Dziękujemy :)
