The location is great! Just steps from a beautiful stretch of beach. You can hear the ocean, but you can't see it from the ground floor condo because of the grasses and dunes. Wonderful sunrises almost make up for that. The condo is clean with many conveniences. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. It appears that the condo is still being updated since the longterm rental in 2023, as per the VRBO description. Maybe kitchen cabinets and screened-in porch are next. The complex, while older, was very clean and well maintained, including the boardwalk, pool, and parking areas. The owner, Dan, was very available for any questions, which wep appreciated. Wish the price was a little less, but... Overall a stay that deserves 5 stars.

Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to St Augustine! The condo was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The bathrooms were beautifully updated! The beds were super comfortable! Dan was quick to respond when I got in touch with him. Because of weather we had to stay in the condo more than we had hoped but the internet was great, the choices on the tv were ample and the board games that were available were so much fun! The kitchen could use a couple of simple fixes (some cabinet doors were loose or broken) but it was not a problem for us. We would definitely choose to stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family!

Because this is a first-floor unit, we could not see the beach from the porch but it was still perfect for morning coffee! A very comfortable rocking chair was where you'd find me most mornings. The beach was just a short walk away anytime we want to see the ocean.

Condo needs to be freshened up. Needs repainted inside, all the doors need a good cleaning and painting including new door knobs. You could see the wear and tear and embedded grime. The window shades were old and not all of them pulled up and there was tape at the bottoms of the windows and doors. I would have expected a more fresh up-to-date interior with the amount of money we paid to stay in this unit. We did like that there were 2 bikes to use (however the chains were very rusty) and beach amenities to use, ie. chairs and beach towels. We didn’t expect to have to wash the provided towels and take out the garbage prior to checking out. Overall it was decent with the best part being right on the beach. .
