Large spacious flat in Saint Malo in the ramparts. Fully equipped. 91 m2 living space. Large central living area and three large bedrooms on the right side. All three bedrooms have mezzanines. Bathroom with double washbasin, bath, shower, toilet, washing machine. Second toilet next to the front door and intercom on the left. Fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks the Place Chateaubriand between the Saint Vincent and Saint Thomas doors.
This first floor flat is located above the Maison Générale decoration and tea room. Carrefour city rue saint Barbe open from 7H to 20H.

The apartment is located on the Place Chateaubriand between the Saint Vincent and Saint Thomas doors. This first floor flat is located above the Maison Générale decoration and tea room. Carrefour city rue saint Barbe open from 7H to 20H. There is plenty of access to the car park, the tourist office and the website of the town of Saint Malo will give you the full range of possibilities. The TGV arrives in Saint Malo and the bus drops you off at the Porte Saint Vincent Intra stop. We are close to the Place Chateaubriand and you can also unload your car in front of the large gate of the flat.

The whole flat is a single storey oak floor. Very comfortable. In the front there are three double glazed French windows with electric shutters. The central living area is comfortable. Television and wifi. Many games and a large choice of crockery.
The market hall, Tuesday and Friday mornings. Quality fishmonger, butcher, cheese shop. Many shops. The Thermes Marins de Saint Malo is a 15 minute walk from the Sillon beach. Sailing sports in many schools in Saint Malo. The market of Dinard with access by the river shuttle. Cancale with its port and its delicious oysters.

This apartment is in an ideal location close to the main entrance of this beautiful walled city. Unfortunately, the apartment was mediocre. For being in a fantastic location this rental did not meet expectations. The decor and the furniture was a mixture of odds and ends. It was not up to my cleanliness standards. The loft style bedrooms were adequate but not comfortable. The checking process was not great as the concierge service had restricted time periods to facilitate the check in process. This proved to be a challenge. On top of this, the wifi internet did not function throughout our stay.
This apartment has an abundance of potential but needs a little more love and attention to detail.
