2.5 km from Capoliveri, the most beautiful town on the island of Elba. The nearest beach, 250 m, is equipped and suitable for children, the cliffs below the house (adventurous to reach) are 70 m.
The geographic position, very green, between pines, holm oaks, and corks presents suggestive trekking routes, to be covered by bike.

The natur and the location of the house were amaizing. The contact person is very nice, conformist, polite and very humorous. The facility of the house is perfect, especially the inner kitchen and the dining-room. (We missed only one thing, the toilett inside.)

2 families with 5 teenagers. A really wonderful place with gorgeous views. The outdoor kitchen, spacious terrace with a huge round table is the place to be. Very well equipped. Very nice sandy beach with a flat walk-in is just 3 minutes walking down a nice trail - we carried down our SUP every day. Restaurant on the beach is really good / and not only the pizza / very nice surprise.
No WLAN: you might think it is a limitation- not at all. Our 5 teenagers really had such a great time, hanging around at the beach, playing table tennis on the terrace or just spending good quality time together- it was not an issue. Thank you for this opportunity.
Everything is very well organised. We met Nadia and her husband - such nice people.
Capoliveri is 2.5 km away - 5 minutes by car, or if you ride the bike, it is 165 m of elevation on top. There you get everything / also many nice restaurants.
