About this villa rental
This is an easy going small villa located on the Southern Tuscan coast in the small beach town of Bibbona, with large shaded outside living and dining area and a private access to the beach.
Five bedrooms with king size beds three of which separable in twins, five ensuite bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, stylish interiors. Another small double bedroom is available for kids.

2 double bedrooms (beds 90x200cm, can be joined), 2 private bathrooms
1 double bedroom (beds 90x200cm) meant exclusively for kids. This room shares a bathroom with any other room.

Grounds
Informal garden and lawn bordered by a pine wood and the typical mediterranean vegetation. A private path leads through the dunes to the sea where guests will find a private cabana equipped with sun beds and parasol.

Host is available next door for any need.
Please note: owner lives in another house about 50mt away with four dogs, well fenced in and with no access to guests. They sleep inside so there is no barking at night but there could be some during the day when someone enters the property: I make it my point to stop them as soon as they start so not to disturb the guests. So far, there has been no complaint from anyone.

Desideria’s lovely beach house was the perfect base for a week of swimming, sun, and sand. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed a lovely seafood welcome dinner with spaghetti alle vongole and branzino. Don’t miss La Pineta, Michelin starred restaurant with fantastic seven course seafood menu. Day trips to Isle of Elba and Cinque Terre, Puccini’s home in Torre del Lago all outstanding despite the heat! Bolgheri wineries and wines are sensational! Great week.

After a busy week in the city, this was the perfect change of pace. The house fit our large family, the walk to the beach was easy, the grounds were manicured and spacious. It was so relaxing. Desi was a fantastic host.

Nice location by beach. Access to Tuscany wineries, farms, and restaurants but with a bit of a drive. Host is very helpful.

After traveling around Italy for a few days, we stayed here for 5 days. The location is absolutely beautiful, lush green grass and trees, the perfect relaxation and quiet we all needed. My family and friends stayed here 7 in total. Everyone loved the house, lots of room, Dessi really thought of everything a guest would need. We loved the short walk to the beach, catching the sunset and relaxing on the beach. Dessi was a great host, lots of recommendations for food and places to eat. We topped off our trip with a great recommendation from Dessie on a famous chef’s restaurant. 10 out of 10 was the consensus of the group!!
