Fabbrica is a lovely little hilltop village, located midway between Pisa and Volterra in a strategic position to easily reach different destinations such as San Gimignano, Lucca, San Miniato, Certaldo, Siena and Firenze. On its slopes beside the centre, is Villa Fabbrica great strength the fact that guests can easily walk into the centre of Fabbrica’s shops, bars and restaurants without having to get the car out. For people who dream of typical Tuscany as breathtaking panoramas, misty hills covered in precision lines of vineyards, imprecise olive groves, Villa Fabbrica is really the wonderful retreat because the views from the pool and the terraced garden towards Volterra is incredible.The villa have been lovingly restored and retain it authentic charm having ceiling well decorated and terracotta floors. The furnishing of the spacious rooms are a harmonious blend of antiques and modern classics. This luxury property is ideal for a large party of friends or two families holidayng together.
