This dream home in a timeless setting, so close to the region’s most famous cities, will make you fully enjoy your own haven of rest in the heart of Tuscany. The location is perfect for those who love quiet places and being surrounded by nature.
The property, of about 500 square meters, divided into a central body consisting of the old farmhouse and a guest house built in the old barn, is surrounded by a panoramic land of over 2 hectares, completely fenced, and featuring a lawn, flowerbeds and an olive grove.
The main villa, with furniture perfectly integrated in the Tuscan countryside style but extremely elegant, develops on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with vaulted ceiling, an elegant typical Tuscan kitchen, a bright dining room, in addition to the laundry and a courtesy bathroom.
On the first floor a room with a large antique fireplace leads to 4 spacious very luminous bedrooms, each with beamed ceilings, offering a fantastic view on the countryside .

On the first floor of the annex there are 2 bedrooms with double beds each with en suite bathrooms with shower.
In front of the villa there is a splendid terrace with an outdoor lounge to enjoy dinner with family and friends or to relax reading a book while sipping your favorite cocktail. In the property there is the BBQ and the pizza oven, a gazebo with other sunbeds and hammocks.
