The Villa, overlooking the crystal clear sea of Elba Island, is located a few steps from the Madonna delle Grazie beach and boasts a descent and a private pitch on the sea, reachable via a hundred steps. The large windows make the rooms bright and offer breathtaking panoramic views. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, the villa has a spacious and comfortable terrace, perfect for pleasant moments in the open air and ideal for admiring in absolute relaxation the extraordinary panoramas that only Elba Island can offer.
The house is divided into a main villa and two independent annexes. The main villa is composed of three double bedrooms and all three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom; a fourth double bedroom, with bathroom, is located in the lower part of the house and is normally used for service personnel, or babysitters and also has private access from the outside.
The property is completed by two annexes in the pool area. In the first there are 2 single beds, a bathroom and walk-in closet, while in the second there are three single beds and a bathroom. Both annexes are equipped with a kitchenette and can therefore remain independent.
Madonna delle Grazie Beach is about 450 meters away.
The price of the stay includes the first bed linen and towels and final cleaning.
Cleaning and linen change during the stay are available for a fee.

Die perfekte Lage, der direkte Zugang zum Meer über 140 Stufen, der gepflegte Garten mit den verschiedenen Sitzplätzen lassen über die Mängel im Haus (zB bräunlich verfärbte Duschvorhänge, verrostete Heizungen, müffelnde Sofagarnitur) und die spärliche Ausstattung (nur 3 Sonnenliegen mit ungepflegten Auflagen, kein Toaster, kein funktionierender Grill etc.) hinwegsehen. Schade - mit relativ geringem Aufwand und netten Details ließe sich hier ein Paradies schaffen!
