In the district of Montaleo 2 km from the centre of Casale Marittimo, 9 km from the centre of Cecina, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 11 km from the sea. Private: property 3'500 m2, trees, natural garden (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
