Villa Campo Valerio

Campo Valerio is an elegant, typical Tuscan property that can accommodate up to 13 guests. It consists of a main building and an annex made of stone, with a huge swimming pool, and is situated in a panoramic position on top of a hill surrounded by 13 hectares of olive trees. On clear days the view reaches the sea of the Gulf of Follonica which is 7 km away. From the main road, a dirt road (about 500 meters) leads to the Villa and its large parking area. Crossing a well-kept and well-lit garden in the evening, you reach the entrance. All accesses to the Villa are without stairs and therefore suitable for disabled guests. On the ground floor lies a large living room with sofas, table, fireplace, satellite TV, a large dining room with fireplace, TV and access to the terrace, a super-equipped kitchen (semi-professional) and a small service bathroom. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where the sleeping area is located. There are 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 single) all with private en-suite bathroom with shower. In all double rooms there is the possibility of having a double bed or two single beds, as needed. All rooms are furnished with great taste and simplicity and are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning (including heating if necessary). In front of the main house there is a small independent annex with bathroom, bedroom (double bed or 2 single beds) and kitchenette fully equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities and with the same comforts as the main house. The strong point of the Villa are the well-kept outdoor spaces and the huge swimming pool (10m x 20m, depth 1.40m) with its large solarium equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. (Open from 1st Mai to 30th September)The sea and the beaches (Puntone, Follonica, Cala Violina…) are just a few kilometers away and around the Villa there are 80 km of paths and trails for mountain biking and walks in the Tuscan nature.
