Beautiful, cosy house "Il Mondanespole", 2 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. 4 km from the centre of Scarlino, 3.3 km from the centre of Scarlino Scalo, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7.5 km from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property, large garden (fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Parking on the premises.
