About this cabin rental
Cleaning Fee $100/ Pet fee is $50 per pet/ horse price may differ/ $40 per guest after first 2 guests (not included in base rent)
NEW / IMPORTANT PREFACE: We want to say up front that we take very seriously our responsibility to do everything within our reach to keep everyone as safe and healthy as as we can, while you have a relaxing, health-building and fun time with us!. This includes the following:
First of all is our location: We have 11 cabins / suites for rent which are all private and spaced apart and in middle of 30 acres of fields and woods, so plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without any human contact. Then, all cooking can be done in cabin and/or on grills we provide, so no need to go to any restaurants... Even all our "extra-fun" Animal Adventures and Horseback Riding activities have been modified so they are "private" - just for you, by reservation and conducted outdoors and at "safe-distance"...
Upon each checkout, we ask all guests to cooperate in the safe-stay" procedures, with 3 simple steps: (1) wash their dishes with disinfecting soap we provide, air-dry and put them back in cabinets with doors closed, (2) put linens in plastic bags we provide and, seal and put by the door so we can promptly remove and(3) take all garbage to dumpster . Then we come in with face masks and spray every single surface with organic disinfectant and let the cabin air out while it takes effect, then go in and clean with disinfectant soap, all laundry is separately bagged and separately washed & dried in high heat. After cabins have been all cleaned out, we re-set beds with fresh linens and towels, new trash bags, cleaned / disinfected ac filters and filled up new coffee condiments. A final disinfecting of floors and doors are locked so no one can come in till you get here.
Our location is also ideal: Enjoy beautiful views and serenity in your own 3-bedroom home (and possibility of expansion to a 4th bedroom) in the middle of the woods, overlooking a 30 acre horse ranch. Only 5 minutes from main street Boerne & close to San Antonio, yet it feels like you're a million miles away in this wonderful wooded ranch where great views of beautiful nature, unique art, your favorite music, decks, BBQ pits, smokers & BBQ grills, pick nick areas, fire pits, horseback riding/trail rides and classes (additional discounted fee) & the best darn cooking you ever had (available a-la-carte) converge to create an unforgettable getaway as well as convenient vacation-hub.
Weekday prices start at $150.00 or take the whole house for $350.00/ night (3 rooms, double occupancy/2 per room = 6 plus more can sleep comfortably on roll-aways we can provide and extra bedroom which can open up for 8 or more people).

We were lucky enough to find this nice cottage in The Hill Country in the sourrounded by trees and nature.
For a while my friends and I were looking for a secluded place were to stay for a women's retreat and we were so pleased to have found this one.
Even though it only has one bathroom, it has 3 nice bedrooms, 2 living areas, a decent kitchen but above all it has an outside Bistro where we were able to talk and drink coffe watching the goats, horses and donkeys roam freely.
We will come back again for our next retreat.}

Owner called and said the Vrbo had made a mistake and we did not get the cabin we had reserved on the website and that we were going to have to pay extra if we needed the extra bed. So our group of 11 became party of 7 because the other party could not afford the extra room. Where we were replaced was nice, but we were placed in separate cabins. My nephew is blind & made it difficult for him to join us when we united into one of the bigger house . The house was a trailer house and not the house that was shown on the website. And small things started to add up, there were no instructions on how to control tv and no batteries in the remote in the bedroom. Lamp in the bedroom was broken and had to be unplugged to turn off. And if you stay there, bring your own salt and pepper! There wasn't a trash can in one of the baths and the front door knob kept falling off. Owner was notified, but never responded? The last Vrbo we stayed at had a fridg with water & drinks. We really didn't get that welcomed feeling at this Vrbo. The Ranch was nice, but could be REALLY nice if cleaned up a bit.
