Please note this home does not include linen. If you’d prefer not to bring your own, linen hire is available through our office just let us know and we’ll organise it for you.
Step into Monrepos, a beautifully furnished coastal home designed for relaxed family stays, comfort, and easy holiday living. With its warm, homely feel, it’s the perfect escape for families, friends, and your furry companions.
Set across two levels, the home offers plenty of space and privacy for all guests. The generous master suite includes a TV, ample storage, and a spacious ensuite with a relaxing bath. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a central bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection, with leather lounges, a Smart TV, R/C air conditioning, and a wood fire (please bring your own wood) for cosy evenings. The home also includes a Rennai gas heater plus reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms for year-round comfort. The living space flows into the dining area and modern kitchen, complete with electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and coffee plunger.
Outdoors, the home opens to a leafy, fully fenced backyard and BBQ courtyard—ideal for alfresco dining and relaxed afternoons. The secure garden provides a safe space for pets to explore and enjoy.
A laundry with washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays, making Monrepos a comfortable and well-equipped home base for your next coastal getaway.

Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.
Parking is off-street on the Old Geelong Road side of the property, with space for one car. Please note there is a caravan on one side of the driveway.

The booking process was stressful. Having been cleard that we are a family group with 3 dogs (house ad indicated up to 9 pets). Booking was confirmed and full payment taken. I then received an email to say that the PM needed to check with the owners re 3rd dog. This would take 4 days. If I wanted to cancel then the administration fee 110 would apply. Thankfully the owners allowed our 3 pet.Be aware that you need to travel to Queenscliff to pick up and drop off keys.Very annoying automated messages re upcoming stay and the need to hire linen, we didnt choose this option On arrival, the bins were full, the dishcloth was disgusting, the bbq hadnt been cleaned and there was not a king bed as stated in the listing. Sadly, Id bought KS linen.Overall a lovely well equiped property.

It's a wonderful property in terms of location (equal distance between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff) AND the house has absolutely everything in regards to kitchen, bathroom and general amenities.

Montrepos is a very well-appointed and styled property. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short stay and the house is very comfortably furnished.
The negatives for us, and they were game changers; the skylights in the bedroom rooves are like bright lights above your head that wake you at dawn and if that doesn’t do the job, the traffic roaring down Fellows rd from dawn will make sure you are fully awake. Probably more of an issue for the upstairs bedroom. The noise is not noticeable from downstairs, and the downstairs living area is a beautiful sanctuary. It’s such a pity that those elements spoil an otherwise fabulous property.
