Just across the road from the beach, with the sound of waves as your backdrop, Lotus House is a spacious coastal retreat perfect for relaxed family holidays or getaways with friends. Sleeping up to nine guests, it offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable location right by the shore.
Designed for easy group living, the home features a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, and stand mixer, flowing into a generous dining area with seating for twelve—ideal for shared meals and long holiday conversations.
The living space is warm and inviting, while outside, a private courtyard offers BBQ facilities, outdoor dining, and lounge seating—perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars.
Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across four bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in robe, TV, and ensuite. The remaining bedrooms include a queen room, a twin room, and a room with a single-over-double bunk, making it well suited to families and mixed groups.
Additional features include laundry facilities with washer and dryer, split-system heating and cooling throughout, and a double garage for secure parking.
Perfectly positioned, the beach is just over the dunes, with a skate park across the road and a yoga studio next door. Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff villages are only minutes away, offering cafés, shops, and coastal charm for an easy and memorable seaside stay.

We loved our stay at Lotus House, very clean and spacious. Excellent cooling systems and great bbq. Most rooms have smart tvs as well which you can stream on.
