About this house rental
700m to beach ! Perfect for 1-2 Families, or small groups, couples or golf weekends. With contemporary Mid Century styling the house has generous living zones, fully equipped kitchen, alfresco dining / BBQ area. A versatile light filled open and airy home with flexible living zones that can be separated when desired. 2 outdoor spaces with a large front yard and a private side yard which is able to be secured for dogs.

* 3 Bedrooms (QS x 2, Bunk, single & trundle) with robes.
* Beautiful new bathroom/laundry and ensuite.
* 2 Living and 2 Dining areas - front Dining can seat 8.
* 2 Smart TV's, (Apple TV/ Wii/ games movies)
* Wifi - ✔️
* Alfresco outdoor dining / BBQ area and generous sized 2 yards
* Air Conditioned & Fans in all bedrooms
* Outdoor shower that is great year round (hot/cold)
*Well stocked kitchen , coffee machine, microwave.
* NO Smoking; NO parties: NO schoolies,
* PETS: welcome on application-give age and breed/must read and agree to pet terms. $50/pet/stay
* Risk fee : added for bookings of groups under the age of 25. and a higher damage bond

WE PROVIDE :-
All Doonas , doonas covers, pillows, pillow slips, face washer hand towels bath mats and tea towels are included.
GUESTS NEED TO BRING:
BYO sheets (top and bottom) and towels.
Any smokers as a courtesy to other guests please byo pillows/ pillow slips.
COST:
Linens can be included $30pp minimum 4 guests. Need 1 weeks notice ahead of stay
The house offers 2 Smart TV's, Apple TV, a Wii with games (eg. Mario Cart, Lets Dance), a selection of movies and an array of toys, puzzles and games for all to enjoy.
There is a washer and dryer if you need Laundry/bathroom with separate toilet.
A small park is located just 2 doors away.
It is a peaceful neighbourhood that is quite safe for bike riding (we may have 1-2 bikes available for you to use).
Only 700m to the beach then stroll along the beachside promenade to the boutique Point Lonsdale village. Boasting several beaches, a marine park for snorkeling, pier and lighthouse walks and rock pooling near the lighthouse at low tide there is plenty to do.
5 min walk to Emily’s Pond - a local secret found just around the corner and home to many ducks. It expands onto the local Salt Lake which is perfect for sunset walks.
Relax locally or use the house as a base to return to after outings to one of many close by destinations. These include neighbouring Ocean grove and Historic Queenscliff (with its hourly ferries to Sorrento), Barwon Heads, Torquay or Port Arlington. Local wineries and The Blues Train are also favourites.
The Bellarine has much to offer but we find the cul-de-sac Point Lonsdale to be the Jewel in the crown and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Lots of different living areas. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. A very welcoming & homely feel.

We enjoyed a restful holiday despite non-beach weather and some health issues (expertly dealt with by Geelong hospital and Pt Lonsdale medical). Our two dogs loved the easy access to the secure yard from the house and all family members appreciated the generous lounge area. We didn't want to go home when our 2 weeks were up!

The property is a home away from home, welcoming and comfortable - great for families. A few different zones enable adults and kids to have their own TV to relax, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. We loved using the little enclosed garden space for meals and to be with our little pet dogs. Well located giving easy access by car to Pt Lonnie, Queenscliff and Ocean Grove, there are also lovely nature walks in close walking proximity from the house. I stayed with my family (wife and 3 kids) and my Mum and Dad. Our host Kate and family presented a house that made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed this stay and would love to do it again!

Mid century modern meets the 21st century in this comfortable and charming Lonnie Beach House. Communication with Kate was excellent and the information pack in the house comprehensive. Our 2 Goldie’s were welcome and they enjoyed the secure and beautifully maintained garden.
This house is within east reach of Lonsdale Links, pristine beaches and Queenscliff to name just a few attractions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay here.
