About this house rental

Tucked among ti-trees and coastal gardens, Lonsdale on Glaneuse is a beautifully refurbished beach house just a short stroll to both the back surf beach, front beach, and the local village.

Sleeping up to eight guests, the home offers three bedrooms. The master includes a king bed, ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third is ideal for kids or groups with two sets of bunks and its own reverse-cycle air conditioning.

The light-filled open-plan living and dining area flows onto a spacious deck, creating an easy indoor–outdoor connection. A wood heater (wood BYO), gas ducted heating, and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Bosch oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and Smeg appliances, with a wine fridge in the laundry for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy a large deck with BBQ, outdoor dining, and lounge area under the trees, plus a secure backyard with lawns and gardens perfect for relaxing or play.

Additional features include laundry facilities, double garage with table tennis and surfboard storage, and off-street parking, with local attractions including the surf club, tennis club, lighthouse, and golf course all nearby.

BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, tea towels). Linen hire available by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden that you could look out at from the dining and living areas. Well fenced for our fur baby. Walking distance into town and to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Our only complaint was not being able to put our car in the garage due to the table tennis table. Otherwise a really enjoyable weekend.
