This classic two bedroom, two bathroom condo will have you in relaxation mode as soon as you step foot in the door. The master suite contains a queen size bed while the guest room has two twin beds, accommodating four guests. With three TVs, three DVD players and WiFi, you are sure to stay connected and entertained while you are away. The beach front glass enclosed balcony is an incredible spot to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from both living room and master suite. Eating in is a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen and keeping up with laundry is easy with the washer and dryer in the unit!
Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

The condo needs few updates, the shower pressure is very weak. The bedroom door sticks, I had to go thru the bathroom to open it. Living room & kitchen were good except dishwasher needs adjustment.The balcony & ocean view are exceptional!!Condo just needs minor upgrades. Property management was super also!

Loved the location, property was nice, small nber of units so was not noisy or chaotic. Condo needs updating, guest bath needs to be fixed - faucets were hard to get shower working. DvD player did not work in guest room and no other way of watching anything. The living room and master bedroom had firesticks. Wish a little more toilet paper was provided and trash bags . Overall great condo, may stay in a different unit next time.
