Cozy first floor apartment, with garden reserved for guests, on the green hills of Quercianella, a small tourist area 15km away. south of Livorno in the Calafuria Nature Reserve, along the Tuscan coast.
The sea and the town center can be reached by car in just three minutes.

The appartment is the perfect starting point to visit any interesting point in Tuscany. The view was stunning. You could see the green hills going down into the blue sea. It was calm and Paola and Roberto have been very friendly. Roberto gave us lots of practical tips. The appartment had everything you need and it was enjoyable even at high temperatures, due to the ventilator and the air condition. Thanks a lot for a memorable beautiful stay!!!!

Fantastic family friendly accommodation. We went with our one year old and they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was excellent.

Lovely! We enjoyed two weeks summer holidays in this appartment in Quercianella. It is about 700 m uphill from main street and 1200 m from local beachfront.
The location area is quiet, you will only hear cricket chirping every morning and evening. Very relaxing.
The owners are very friendly and taking care of everything you may want or need. Just great hosts.
Evening wlks with the owner and his dogs are a good experience, too.
Nothing to complain about, we would fully recommend this spot. Be aware that you must have a car or even better a scooter to go around. We even took the car for going to the beach, but that might just be a question of age and fitness.
We loved it.

Nice apartment, very nice landlord with good tips to get to know the area and Tuscany. We enjoyed the vacation.
