About this villa rental
The villa on the beach is located in Albufeira, one of the most bustling cities of Algarve, in Portugal. Enjoy the wonderful beaches and two bustling city centres. The first one is 10 minutes away by foot from Oura Strip and the second one is 15 minutes away from Albufeira Bay (Pescadores) and from the golf courses overlooking the sea.
The villa is located in a secure private estate. It is perfect for people looking for tranquillity, privacy and who want to remain anonymous. You can safely park several cars.
It has a view of the sea. It is located in front of Alemaes beach. You can go jogging every morning and run more than 10 km on the beach thanks to the villa’s private beach access.
On the ground floor:
You will find the entrance with the living room, offering a panoramic sea view.
The state-of-the-art living room boasts a white leather sofa, a 140 x 200-cm sofa bed and a satellite TV with several channels. Enjoy the unlimited Wi-Fi access and the wireless phone with unlimited calls in more than 30 countries.
The decoration of the Provencal dining room is sophisticated.
You will find a bathroom with a hand basin, a WC, and a beautiful Provencal kitchen with a double-door fridge, a dishwasher, a gas hob, and an extractor hood. There are also a microwave and a washing machine.
The first 50-sq.m terrace is just near the living room and features garden furniture, a table for 12 people, a bar, and a Jacuzzi for 4 people. It is a deck terrace with a glass balustrade where you can enjoy the stunning view.
Upstairs:
The Starfish en-suite bedroom offers a 160 x 200-cm four-poster bed, a walk-in closet, and a shower room.
The Pearl bedroom, with two 95 x 200-cm single beds, features an entrance with a walk-in closet. It is a superb en-suite bedroom with a ceiling rose and a shower. There is a TV in this bedroom.
Both were tastefully decorated and offer a stunning sea view.
Upstairs:
In the Starfish bedroom you will find 2 single beds with a walk-in closet, a sofa bed, and a bay window leading onto the second terrace.
The Lighthouse bedroom can accommodate 4 people with large bunk beds (95 x 200-cm beds), an additional bed (drawer), and a single bed. It gives access to the second terrace.
Both were tastefully decorated and offer a stunning sea view.
Both bedrooms boast a bathroom with a private hand basin, private WC, and another one with a Jacuzzi/bathtub, a large separate shower, and another hand basin with Provencal furniture.
The garden:
The heavenly garden houses a double swimming pool. There is a children's swimming pool with water falling into a second infinity swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a garden with plants and a modern decoration.
There is a teak terrace around the swimming pool and another one upstairs.
You will find plenty of sun loungers, poufs and chairs.
The private access to the beach thanks to several stairs is the best asset of this villa.

A very nice villa just on the outskirts of Albufeira, directly on the beach with pathway down. Incredible views and well furnished, with everything you could need. This is our second time here and we loved it, especially the walks along the beach into town. It also has some great beach restaurants nearby.

Visited Albufeira for the 1st time with girlfriends to celebrate our birthdays. We had a wonderful time thanks to Isabelle and her beautiful villa. The location was perfect~ walking distance to many restaurants, beach etc. The Villa itself was even better than the photos, spent many hours around the pool or on the deck overlooking the ocean. We golfed a few times, visited local towns and sites. Saw the coast from the water. If we needed anything in the Villa, Isabelle was quick to respond. Highly recommend for those looking for a special holiday with friends.

If you’re looking for a lovely villa away from the hustle and bustle this villa is just the place. The villa is well equipped and very clean, the outside area is just perfect with the beach a stones throw away. We couldn’t recommend this enough.

The villa is magnific its situation and view amazing, just an extraordinary feeling.
The villa is tastefully well equipped and decorated.
We spent fantastic week in family with the possibility to spend time in swimming pool, jacuzzi or sea situated just front the villa using a way to go directly to the beach (when you have child itâs very convenient).
Highly recommended!
