About this villa rental
Beautiful five bedroom villa, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area, open plan kitchen and living room. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The living room has a TV with satellite channels, and seating for up to 10 people.
There is an internal dining area beside the kitchen.
The living room has access leading to the private swimming pool and external dining area.
Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities
bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with en suite facilities and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobe. Located beside the spacious main bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes, with shared en suite facilities.
Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom with shower facilities, located beside the living room
All amenities are on the ground floor there are no stairs to worry about for small children.
The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge freezer.

Villa Andorinha is located on a private plot with private swimming pool, Garden area, table tennis table. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun around the pool. There are sun loungers, and a table and chairs outside to enjoy a fresh salad in the mid day sun.
The pool is cleaned and PH Levels checked on a regular basis.
The garden is cut once a week, usually in the morning to avoid any disruption to your holiday. We can change the times that these take place to suit your requirements.

Property is in a great location, very close to the strip but you can’t hear it at night. Sun loungers and pool are great. Inside the villa could do with a freshen up, but we were never in apart from to sleep.Jim was a great host and answered all questions I had, he made the whole process easy.

Can’t fault the stay. The communication with Jim the host was amazing. He sorted us out with transfers and a place to stay on our last day while we waited to go to the airport. Location was spot on. Close enough to walk to the bars, shops and restaurants but far enough away that it didn’t disturb your time. The villa felt isolated and closed in for privacy and we loved it. Was clean and better than the pics!

Perfect villa for a group of 10 for a stag do. Villa had everything we needed, perfect location being 2 minute walk from main strip. Taxis into old town being below 5 as well. Constant communication throughout with Jim. Would recommend.
