About this villa rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom Villa, located within a large plot with mature garden, private swimming pool , with a table tennis table. Located beside the Strip in the heart of Albufeira Town, next to all the bars, restaurants, and Oura Beach
Beautiful four bedroom villa, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area. Open plan spacious kitchen and living room, providing a social area for friends and family with direct access out onto the private pool and garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, fridge freezer, washer, microwave, kettle & toaster. There is a charcoal BBQ located near to the kitchen.
2 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. With a large fully furnished bathroom to cater for the other 2 bedrooms.
We provide maid service upon arrival and for those who wish to rent for 2 weeks at the start of the 2nd week.
You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 20 mins drive away.
As you enter the property through the hallway you are met by an open plan kitchen and living room with dining area with views out onto the private pool and garden area.
The bedrooms provide ample room with air conditioning:
Bedroom 1: Twin bedrooms with ensuite shower facilities
Bedroom 2: Double bed with ensuite shower facilities
Bedroom 3: Twin beds beside the main bathroom
Bedroom 4: double bed beside the main bathroom
The main bathroom is well equipped with a large bath, bidet, toilet, and large hand basin, all to a modern and high standard.
We can further foldaway beds if required for larger groups.

Booked this villa for my daughter’s 18th birthday, it was a mixed group of family and friends aged from 65 to 18 year olds.All of the group loved the location of the villa, it was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was massive.Jim our point of contact went above and beyond.Answering any questions before and during our stay.All of the group loved it Thank you for our stay

If you’re looking for a place to stay to hit the strip then no questions asked you may aswell just book the place now. The place is a 30 second walk to the new town strip which makes it ideal for lads/girls holidays. For me and my group it was perfect - made easier by the owners communication and clarity. He often replied instantly and made everything clear and the overall experience less of a headache. We didn’t bump into any issues at all, however, if you do stay here the showers are quite hard to get the hang of. That’s my only negative review if you can even call it that. 100% recommend!!!

Our overall opinion was oke. The location of the villa is perfect if you want to go clubbing in Albufeira. The pool was refreshing and a good temperature, however after the first few days the pool became really dirty. Because of this, some of us suffered from an ear inflammation. Luckily we did get a new pool-pump later that week, which solved the problem. The villa was nicely cleaned when we entered, unfortunately some of the aircos started leaking mid-week.
Because of the close distance to the strip, a lot of strangers walk into the villas alley. These strangers broke into the houses of our neighbours and threw there furniture into the pool. A different time strangers threw sausages and other food into the neigbours yard. We were luckily not effected by these actions. However, it felt like the host pointed his fingers at us for both actions, while we had nothing to do with this. He also didn’t respond to some of the messages I sent him. This made my experience with the host not really great.
The pictures shown in the advertisement were not the villa we were offered, we stayed in the house nextdoor. Our villa was kind of the same, but this is still something I want to point out.
Overall, we had a nice time and I would recommend visiting Villa Oura if you like to party with your friend-group.
