Unobstructed views of the outer harbour and the village.
Large recently renovated chalet with unobstructed views of the outer harbour of Gruissan, La Clape and the old village where you will spend ideal holidays. Renovated in a typical Gruissan chalet style and functional with its wooded terrace. A few steps away from the Massif de La Clape, 5 minutes on foot from the Plage des Chalets, between pond and wild beach, you will enjoy the preserved and wild landscapes which are typical from Southern France. You will have the opportunity to practice many water sports, mountain biking (60 km of cycling paths), climbing, running, hiking or simply strolling in La Clape.
A comfortable, warm and functional chalet: on the first floor there is a 40 m² living area with unobstructed views of the outer harbour, the village or Gruissan and La Clape. There are many beautiful sunsets to admire and a shaded terrace protected from the wind. A secured garden surrounds the house where children can play and come back directly to the ground floor via one of the bedrooms that is accessible via a glazed door opening onto the garden.
One of the 3 bedrooms has views of the outer harbour. To access the first floor from the ground floor, you must climb the stairs of an outdoor staircase.

The property is great. On a slightly busy road, but other than that, it's spacious, light and has great outside space. If kite or wind surfing is your thing, this is the place to be. If it's not, it's still a great place to be, with some great restaurants nearby, in particular Poisson d'Avril (fantastic seafood). The downside of being there out of season is that there is nowhere to get any daily shopping and that quite a few restaurants had closed down or were only open at lunch. But that's a minor thing really. Overall, we had a great stay.

Wonderful accommodation and location. Returned for second year in row and this time was just as excellent as the first. Our host Eugenie is welcoming and unobtrusive. Nothing too much trouble. Will not hestitate to stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful chalet on the Gruissan facing side of the peninsula. Enjoyed stunning sunsets and drinks al fresco. High spec interior with private gated garden, complete with BBQ area. Warm welcome from Eugenie and had no issues with our stay. Merci! We hope to return one day soon.

This was our second year staying in this beautiful chalet, and once again it didn't disappoint. The two weeks flew by and we were sad to leave again. Eugenie was very helpful and her beautifully presented Chalet was a wonderful base for our holiday. We very much hope to return again soon.
