Comfortable and spacious villa by the sea. One of the best locations on the promenade. Directly south.

Nice house on the beach- everything was perfect! Very good and nice communication with the owner (he organised more cuttingboards immediately; gave suggestions for restaurants).

This is the third time we have stayed in Michel's house by the lagoon and we enjoyed our stay just as much as our first visit, it is unusual for us to return to the same property three times so that shows that Michel is getting it right.
The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and is in a very good position for Gruissan as well as being a good base for exploring the area.
The handover at the start and end of our stay was very easy and Michel always responds quickly to any communications.
I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit this area.

We had a super week in the villa. Very well kitted out, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Quiet location despite being only a 10 minute walk to the port (with lots of bars and restaurants) and the supermarket. Would definitely recommend / come back in future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house... Very well equipped, clean, and ideally situated. From the porch we had a great view on the water. Initially I was a bit worried that the promenade which runs in between the house and the water would be a disturbance, but we hardly noticed it in the end. Michel was a great help and always available for questions.
