Idéalement situé, la maison est parfaitement équipée climatisation comprise. A 2 pas de la plage, du centre ville et de l'étang de Mateille. Rien ne manque. Comme à la maison, la mer en plus. Gruissan est de plus une très belle station balnéaire. Je conseille vivement.
