About this house rental
Enter The Castle, stand on the marble floor, look out the west windows (two stories of glass) and say WOW, that's what I was talking about! Just steps to the surf and miles of sandy beaches you'll find The Oceanfront Castle. A luxurious beach home which features marble flooring & granite counter tops - just an introduction to the finer amenities & fixtures you'll find on the coast in Gold Beach Oregon. Please note this is not a party house and the number of guests shall not be more than the number in your inquiry without permission. We've provided WiFi Internet, a built-in music system, two flat screen televisions (if you must), unobstructed ocean views from many angles, a fully equipped kitchen, linens provided & more.
To take full advantage of the fresh, pure ocean air just step out onto the deck - soak in the sunshine and relax to the roar of the of the ocean..The garage has been converted to a large game room where you can play pool, ping pong , foosball and air hockey. Something for everyone...!

Treasure Hunting Season in Gold Beach!
Each February-April thousands of glass floats are “hidden” on our beaches for our visitors to find treasure! The floats are hidden weekly by a team of volunteers and placed above the high surf line on the beach from just south of Kissing Rock wayside to a little north of the north Rogue River jetty (approximately 3 miles of beach). If you find a glass float you get to keep it plus you also get to enter weekly and monthly drawings at our Visitor Center.More About the Area: Once you've had an opportunity to absorb the home, the beach, the beauty, and the quiet (except for the soothing surf) you might wish to enjoy this beautiful corner of paradise here on the Southern Oregon Coast. Gold Beach not only has all of the boring and necessary accommodations (gas stations, banks, grocery stores etc) you'll also find an adventurous side.
Ride Jerry's Rogue Jets up the mighty Rogue River - there is no better way to experience this wild and scenic area - after a few trips up and down the rapids with some 'spins' thrown in - you'll understand the 'Wild' part of it's name.
The Redwoods are just one hour south.
For the ladies - visit the eclectic collection of boutiques & shops available in and around Gold Beach. Just ask us - we'll share our favorites with you!
Hike the Coastal Trail which winds the entire Oregon Coastline - or travel inland to hike some old-growth forest - seems almost prehistoric at times (wanna bet?)
Fish to your heart's content - whether it be ocean or river fishing. There are many expert guides in the area to help you catch your dinner!
Golf at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort - world famous & just an hours drive. Or spend a Day at Bandon Crossing the sister-site to Bandon Dunes - a bit inland from the Dunes. Or golf at our local course - Cedar Bend Golf Resort just a few minutes from Oceanfront Castle. Travel just 10 miles to a nine-hole course with two tees on each green - play 18 holes in 9! And to the south just 30 miles you'll find the Salmon Run Golf Resort - another beautiful retreat for your favorite sport.
