About this house rental
This home has AMAZING ocean views and is situated directly south of Harris Beach State Park in Brookings, Oregon. Private steps to the beach and an outdoor shower make it easy to enjoy the sand, beach and waves. The sound of the waves is hypnotic and audible at night with a window cracked open! It sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
When you enter through the front door (on the main floor) there are fantastic views maximizing the open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has a new 55” OLED TV, and the wall of cabinets is full of games, books and puzzles. The main floor has hardwood floors throughout, a large comfortable couch and chairs, a dining table that seats eight comfortably with the ability to squeeze in a couple more chairs/stools, a fully equipped kitchen including a double oven with convection and air frying capabilities, and a beautiful patio/balcony off the kitchen/living room with a barbeque on the deck. The deck extends from one side of the house to the other, giving additional space to enjoy the ocean views and fresh air.
The main floor has three bedrooms: Primary Bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom and deck. Second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third room has two twin beds. Downstairs leads you to a laundry area, an additional sitting room with a fold out couch queen mattress with a full bathroom and small partial kitchenette. Downstairs has an additional bedroom with two twin beds each having another twin trundle bed under them. Through the bedroom there is a game room with a pool table, foosball table, big screen TV and comfortable seating around the room.
We are close to many hiking paths and state parks. Downtown Brookings is about 1 mile away, a 15 minute walk. There are bike paths, too! Brookings has many great restaurants and stores (both large and small!) to shop in. Or, go fishing!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view, comfortable, clean house and a short drive to Redwood National Park. The house has a set of steps down to the beach and a deck to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend.

What an incredible place on the most beautiful coastline of the state. We absolutely loved our stay at this home that was exceptionally well appointed and had all of the space we needed for our family. The girls loved the rec room and we could not get over the views from the master bedroom, kitchen sink, and living room. The only complaint was that we didn't stay longer! We hope to come back again next year!

This was a beautiful home with an incredible view. We have stayed at this location when our children were young and it was an incredible experience to return with them as adults. We are excited to make this a family tradition.

Everything about our stay at the Harris Beach House was incredible. Great communication from the host, the house exceeded our expectations, and the views were some of the best we've had along the coast. We are already planning a return trip.
